🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love everything you order from Faiza Glow. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to help with a fair and transparent return and refund process.

1. Eligibility for Return

You may request a return or replacement if:

  • The product received is damaged, leaking, defective, or incorrect.
  • You inform us within 3 days of receiving your order.
  • The product is unused and in original condition with packaging intact.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used or opened products
  • Products damaged due to customer mishandling
  • Free gifts or promotional items
  • Personal care items (due to hygiene reasons)

3. Return Process

  • Email us at support@faizaglow.com with your order ID and photos of the product and packaging.
  • Our team will assess your request and schedule a reverse pickup if eligible.
  • Please ensure the product is securely packed for return.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated within 7–10 working days after we receive and verify the returned product.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method or bank account (in case of COD).
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Replacement Option

In case you prefer a replacement over a refund, we will ship a fresh product once your return is approved.
